Shipping
Free delivery on every order within Thailand.
Carrier: Flash Express, with a tracking number sent to you when your order ships.
Processing time: Orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch; remote areas may take longer.
Where we ship: Thailand only for now. Perfume contains alcohol and is restricted for international shipping.
Packaging: Bottles are carefully packed to protect the glass. If anything arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Address issues: Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be re-sent once the address is confirmed.

ขนส่ง: แฟลช เอ็กซ์เพรส (Flash Express) พร้อมแจ้งเลขพัสดุเมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่ง
ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้า: จัดส่งภายใน 1–2 วันทำการ (จันทร์–ศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)
ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง: โดยปกติ 1–3 วันทำการหลังจัดส่ง พื้นที่ห่างไกลอาจใช้เวลานานกว่านี้
พื้นที่จัดส่ง: ขณะนี้จัดส่งเฉพาะภายในประเทศไทย เนื่องจากน้ำหอมมีส่วนผสมของแอลกอฮอล์ จึงมีข้อจำกัดในการส่งต่างประเทศ
บรรจุภัณฑ์: เราห่อขวดแก้วอย่างระมัดระวัง หากสินค้าเสียหายระหว่างขนส่ง กรุณาดูนโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน
ที่อยู่จัดส่ง: กรุณาตรวจสอบที่อยู่และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ให้ถูกต้อง หากพัสดุตีกลับเนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง เราจะจัดส่งใหม่เมื่อยืนยันที่อยู่แล้ว
